What's the difference between Free and paid?

Free lets you run one Palworld server with the basics : start / stop / restart, one-click install, basic settings editor, manual backups. Paid (Monthly / Yearly) unlocks the power-user features : unlimited server profiles, Discord routing & bots, scheduler, RCON console, event modes with rollback, priority support.

What's included in the 3-day free trial?

Every paid feature, no limits. Same app as the Yearly plan — we just don't charge you for 3 days. After 3 days, if you don't subscribe, the app smoothly downgrades to Free mode. You don't lose any data.

Do I need to enter my credit card?

No. We deliberately removed the credit card requirement because we hate it ourselves. You give it later when (if) you decide to subscribe.

What happens when the trial ends?

The app switches to Free mode automatically. You can keep using the basic features (1 server, start/stop, manual backups, basic settings) forever. The advanced features are simply locked until you subscribe. Your data is never deleted.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, in one click via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link in every receipt email). Your license stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then drops to Free mode.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, within the first 14 days after a paid purchase, no questions asked. After that, we follow Lemon Squeezy's standard refund policy.

Is the price per machine?

No, the subscription is per user. You can install the app on up to 2 machines (e.g. your desktop and a VPS) under the same license.
