Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing or using any Royalty Manager product (the "Software"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License grant

Subject to a valid paid subscription or active free trial, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on up to two personal computers, for personal or business use, in accordance with these terms.

Each license key is bound to a limited number of activations. License keys may not be shared, resold or transferred to third parties.

3. Subscription & trial

The Software is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly). A 3-day free trial is available without credit card. After the trial ends, the Software switches to read-only mode unless you start a paid subscription.

You may cancel anytime; your license stays valid until the end of the current paid billing period. Refunds within 14 days of a paid purchase are honored, no questions asked.

4. Payment

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc. (the "Merchant of Record"), who handles billing, applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) and customer invoices. Their terms of service apply to payment transactions.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not (a) reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law; (b) remove or alter proprietary notices; (c) use the Software for unlawful purposes; (d) share, resell or distribute your license key; (e) attempt to circumvent the license validation system.

6. Third-party services

The Software interacts with third-party services including Pocketpair's Palworld dedicated server software, SteamCMD (Valve), Discord webhooks, and Lemon Squeezy's license validation API. We are not responsible for outages or changes in these external services.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of game data, save files or world progress) arising out of or related to the use of the Software. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license immediately, without notice, if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and uninstall it from your machines.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or via the Software itself. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
